A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Katrina is a true Florida girl, through and through. She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale where she met her high school sweetheart, Erick “W/a D”. Fast-forward 20+ years, two kids and 5000 miles later and they have made Alaska home. She joined the real estate industry as a Realtor in 2014, where her strong customer service and business management experience helped her succeed on the top producing team in AK. Working in the Alaskan market over the years has taught her to be proactive, adaptive and to stay educated on up to date market information. Joining First Rate Financial as a mortgage broker has reaffirmed her belief that everyone should own their home, now she has the tools to help so many more realize that dream too.
